I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Ifueko. She has an inviting and friendly spirit that made me comfortable sharing easily. The vision casting session(s) that she guided me through resulted in a clear and detailed picture of how I want my health to look. And these pictures in my mind now motivate me to maintain habits that move me closer to that vision. Ifueko taught me that I have the power to leverage what works for me and the power to change or even let go of what does not work.
