Ifueko Abajue

Certified Integrative Wellness Coach, MBA, PROSCI, ACC (Duke-trained, ICF-accredited)

Meet Ifueko (eef-wecko), which means “cool, calm, and collected”. She is a change leader, who partners with individuals and teams to influence health behaviors and achieve sustainable, meaningful outcomes—for both people and organizations.

Ifueko’s passion for coaching others to reduce stress, manage weight, increase energy, and optimize health is deeply personal. With over 25 years of corporate experience in engineering, marketing, and change management, she combines empathy, insight, and real-world expertise to help individuals and teams thrive.

Her own journey of resilience—including recoveries from two rare, aggressive cancers seven years apart—shaped her approach to wellness. After her first recovery, she embraced consistent lifestyle habits—including a balanced diet, restorative sleep, regular exercise, and stress management—that strengthened both mind and body. When faced with a second diagnosis, she navigated it with remarkable resilience and continues to thrive with grace.

With the lemons life gave her, Ifueko chose to make lemon macaroons with coconut buttercream because, as she says, they taste far better than lemonade. That philosophy of turning challenges into opportunities led her to become a Certified Integrative Wellness Coach, trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, and an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also the proud author of Zoë Integrative Wellness.

Ifueko’s goal is to empower individuals and teams to take charge of their health through mindful, sustainable lifestyle choices aligned with their personal wellness goals. Her programs support outcomes such as stress reduction, weight management, enhanced mental clarity, overcoming addiction, preventing or managing genetic or lifestyle-related conditions, increased energy, and ultimately, a healthier, more balanced life.
