Ifueko Abajue

Certified Wellness/Stress Management Coach, MBA, ACC (Duke-trained, ICF-certified)

Meet Ifueko (eef-wecko), which means “cool, calm, and collected”. Her passion for helping others achieve optimal health was born from personal experience—specifically, a successful and accelerated recovery from a rare, aggressively growing cancer. Since then, she’s been thriving by embracing sustainable lifestyle changes, including stress reduction, which plays a critical role in 75–90% of chronic diseases.

Ifueko’s diagnosis came at a pivotal moment in her career. She had successfully transitioned from Electrical Engineering to Marketing and Communications, earned an MBA, and was on the cusp of a senior management role – when cancer reared its ugly head.

With the lemons life gave her, she chose to make lemon macaroons with coconut buttercream because they taste so much better than lemonades (please don’t judge)! This led her to become a Certified Integrative Wellness Coach, trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, and an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She’s also the proud author of the book Zoë Integrative Wellness.

Ifueko’s goal is to empower you to take charge of your health through mindful, sustainable lifestyle choices that align with your personal wellness goals. Potential outcomes include stress reduction, weight management, enhanced mental clarity, overcoming addiction, preventing or managing genetic or lifestyle-related conditions, increased energy, and ultimately living a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
